-Gelato-

Our gelato is made of local milk and fresh fruit, sugar and imported Italian flavorings. It is smooth and dense and boldly flavored. We use no eggs. And we use no cream, which results in a lower fat content than traditional American style ice cream, and allows the flavor to take center stage.

-Sorbetto-

Our sorbetto is made simply of fresh fruit, sugar and water. This frozen essence of the fruit is refreshing and restorative, and will awaken the taste buds, as all sorbetto and gelato should do.
